Cancellations will only be accepted once you receive confirmation from the Hostel staff.

• If you inform us of a total or partial cancellation 4 or more days before the reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded, provided the rate you selected is refundable.
• Cancelling 72 hours before the check-in date will result in a 50% charge of the deposit paid, as a cancellation fee.
• Cancelling 48 hours before the check-in date or a no-show on the arrival day will result in a 100% charge of the deposit paid.
• Once you have checked in, if you wish to shorten your stay or cancel one or more nights, a 50% penalty of the total amount of the canceled nights will be charged.
• Refunds via bank transfer that incur expenses will be covered by the customer.
• In the event that JAQUEMATEHOSTEL communicates a cancellation of reservations due to force majeure, understood as those circumstances beyond the control of the person invoking them, abnormal and unforeseeable, whose consequences could not have been avoided despite having acted with due diligence, the reservation will be canceled without any right to claim or compensation from the customer. In such circumstances, the situation will be duly communicated to the customer.
